I am a postdoc at the Harvard Center for Research on Computation for Society, where I work with David Parkes, Elena Glassman, Flavio Calmon, and Margo Seltzer. I received my PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, where I was advised by Cynthia Rudin.
My research combines machine learning, optimization, and human-centered design. I develop methods to promote the adoption and responsible use of machine learning in domains like medicine, consumer finance, and criminal justice. My work focuses on topics in human-centered machine learning like fairness and interpretability.
